On Tuesday, one construction worker shared a photo of the quirky fashion choice he happened to make on the same day his client requested he remove his work boots. Redditor Austmov said in a post that he was quoting a job and had to take off his shoes to protect the flooring. That's when he remembered what he wore that day.
His flip-flopped, perfectly pedicured toes -- complete with toe rings -- were actually just an unusual pair of socks.

Despite the potentially awkward situation, he says it "actually made my day when I saw what I had on my feet."
Let's hope his client felt the same.
