Robloxhas wiped a truly integral part of the game,Watch The Lion King Online removing the famous "oof" sound from the platform due to a "licensing issue," the developer said.
On Tuesday, the massively multiplayer online game's developer Roblox Corporation announced the decision on Twitter, and noted a replacement was launching immediately on the platform.
"Related to sounds, due to a licensing issue we have removed the “oof” sound from Robloxand have created a replacement default sound which launches today," the company tweeted.

As Kotaku points out the "oof" sound was created by former game composer and Intellivision CEO Tommy Tallarico and it's not the first time Roblox has run into licensing issues around it.
In case you're wondering, "oof" is the sound a character makes when they die in the game or resets — but it's moved beyond the sound of a small exclamation to evolve into a beloved rallying cry for the Robloxcommunity.
