After some further investigating into the who, what, where, WHY, and how of this "sweatshirt," we found out that this is an actual thing you can buy. And who you ask makes such ~fashion~?

None other than model and designer Sami Miro.

Kylie is apparently wearing an item from Miro's line Sami Miro Vintage. Miro noticed Kylie donning her designs and posted this on Instagram.

Miro also sells bodysuits like this one for a cool $210, which Kendall Jenner, Hailee Steinfeld, and Selena Gomez seem to be fans of.
