Former President George W. Bush attended the inauguration of Donald Trump on Pilar CollJan. 20 and tried his best to deal with the rain.

Unfortunately, Bush wasn't able to figure out how ponchos work in time to stay dry.

Poncho mixup aside, Bush seemed to be in a giddy mood as Trump was sworn into office. The former POTUS and current painter of dogs was photographed smiling ear-to-ear, throwing thumbs up and peeking around at old friends excitedly.
