Hello to our new life coach,Naked Poison II mentor, and role model: SZA's mom.
SZA—singer of "All The Stars" from the Black Panther soundtrack—shared a text message her mom sent her and it features some words to live by.

To help change feeling stressed out and overwhelmed, jot down all the stuff that's making you crazy, then write beside it what must be done NOW, what can be done LATER, and what would be nice to do if you could but is OPTIONAL," wrote SZA's mom.

"Focus only on the NOW. Don't worry about the other stuff right now," wrote her mom.
Her mom then advised her to look at her "NOW" list and see if any of those tasks can be delegated to someone else.
"Next you prioritise the remaining shorter list for you to do yourself," she continued. "You've now made more space in your life for the things you love and want to do."
So, there you have it. SZA's mom just solved our problems with one text message.
We need more of SZA's mom's pearls of wisdom in our lives.
