Uber drivers in the UK are My Sisters Friend (2019)now entitled to holiday, paid rest breaks and the National Living Wage according to a landmark ruling.

An employment organization, the London Central Employment Tribunal, ruled that Uber is acting unlawfully by not giving drivers basic employment rights.

Uber has argued that its drivers are self-employed, not workers.
