Yep -- it turns out Amy (who even has her own Facebook page) is actually a mascot for St George's Hospital Charity.

"Her and Roger [Amy's owner] have done a lot of fundraising for us, raising an incredible £13,000 ($15,813), including taking part in family fun days, and holding bucket collections at various venues across London," a spokesperson for St George's Hospital Charity said.

"Amy tends to wear her dapper hat when out and about at an event, so presumably she was on her way somewhere glamorous to do some fundraising for St George’s Hospital Charity."
