Now in the Snapchat app, your Bitmoji can play tennis against Serena Williams. Or, at least, the cute lil' animated version of her.

According to Digiday reporter Kerry Flynn, the game is technically a "partnership," not an ad. That means that it's not some weird sponsored content for Wimbledon, where Wimbledon paid Snapchat to make this happen — or where Serena Williams got paid to share her likeness. Apparently, she just really loves Bitmoji.

The Serena Williams game lens is further proof of how Snapchat is differentiating itself from Instagram and Facebook through their more advanced AR offerings. The game is already popular enough to at least bring some Snapchat abandoners back to the app.
