(Lamar Odom received the lowest score, but in his defense he was much taller than his partner and that made things difficult.) As you might guess, Spicer's dancing debut was ruthlessly trolled on Twitter.

Though much of America was not here for Spicer's antics, he did have a few loyal political supporters on his side. Trump's former chief of staff, Reince Priebus, attended the taping as Spicer's guest and tweeted that he had a "fantastic time" cheering him on.

And former governor Mike Huckabee also tweeted about Spicer's performance (using a Napolean DynamiteGIF) and urged Americans to vote for him to "create an emotional meltdown in Hollyweird." After receiving his low scores, Spicer quote-tweeted Huckabee's message and said, "Clearly the judges aren't going to be with me. Let's send a message to #Hollywood that those of us who stand for #Christ won't be discounted."
