Heard attached the full statement released in August last year, when the pair settled their divorce after Heard filed a restraining order against Depp for domestic abuse.
J.K. Rowling posted a statement to her personal blog in which she said she's "genuinely happy" to have Depp in the Fantastic Beasts cast despite stories that had appeared in the press about him.
In her statement, Rowling admits they "naturally considered the possibility of recasting" Grindelwald's role, but decided to stick with Depp due to their "understanding of the circumstances".
That line baffled many people because it sort of implies that Rowling and others involved in Fantastic Beastsknow something that is not legally documented or publicly reported about the case.
It is not clear who Heard is referring to in her tweet, but she's presumably lashing out at some who "pick&choose" media coverage of Rowling's statement.
