Lots of high schoolers work part-time jobs or eroticism on pyramidsparticipate in extra-curriculars. Nick Evans, a 17-year-old from Massachusetts, played drums with The Killer. NBD.
Evans joined the band during their Friday set at the Boston Calling Music Festival, on the song "For Reasons Unknown." He got called up to play thanks to a sign he drew up just for the show: "I can drum For Reasons Unknown," it read.

Evans had good reason to believe his ploy might work. The Killers have gotten into the habit in recent months of inviting fans to the stage to play that particular song (as was the case here, here, and here).
"I was just like, 'I’m a drummer. Let’s make the dream come true,'" Evans told Boston.com. "So I made up my mind a month and a half ago, I made the sign, and I gave it my best shot."
