Sure, this isn’t the best deal we’ve seen on the Xbox Series X ever (it was $350 last December), but it’s the best console deal we’ve seen this year. Also, Xbox hasn’t gotten much love since the PS5 launched, so it’s nice to see Microsoft's flagship console getting some love.

If you consider the $50 gift card a rebate, you’re really only paying $399.99 for the actual console. This is a pretty good deal when you factor in the supply chain issues and chip shortages that have plagued both Sony and Microsoft over the past couple of years.
