Jennifer Lopez knows what the people want000 Archives and what the people want are romantic comedies.
On Friday night's Tonight Show, Lopez talked to host Jimmy Fallon about her upcoming film Second Act, in which she stars as a woman who enters the corporate workforce in her forties, per Entertainment Weekly. She'll act opposite Milo Ventimiglia of This Is Usand Gilmore Girlsfame.

"You need that funny, quirky look at life sometimes -- that romantic look at life," she said.
"I think things are, you know, tough sometimes and we need that escape. I've always loved those types of movies and our production company is really focused on doing that... me and my partner Elaine [Goldsmith-Thomas, president of Lopez's Nuyorican Productions]."
