Apple finally announced when folks could Watch Friendsget access to iOS 17. The company said during its big event on Tuesday that the latest version of the software would be available to all via a free upgrade on Monday, Sept.18.

That is a welcome development for Apple users who have looked forward to the new version of the software since it was announced at Apple's WWDC event in June. It should completely revamp the way your iPhone works.

A version of iOS 17 was made available to beta testers, but now the full version will go out to everyone. There are some key features folks are excited about.
