Christmas adverts are Historical Archivesa weirdly big deal in the UK. They're supposed to be nice and sentimental so as to make cold British hearts grow three sizes, and then go out and buy stuff. But this year, the supermarket chain M&S's advert has hit an unfortunate snag.

In it, Paddington mistakes a burglar for Father Christmas, and adorably goes around returning all the presents the burglar has stolen. You can watch the full thing below.
