If you want a gaming phone that goes way overboard when it comes to specs,Secret Pleasures (2002) Watch online look no further.
Xiaomi's sub-brand Black Shark just announced its new flagship, the Black Shark 3 Pro (via GSMarena), and the spec sheet is really something.
The Black Shark 3 Pro has a massive, 7.1-inch, 1440p AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 270Hz touch-sampling rate for extremely precise tracking. It's not the most modern of displays, though, as it has fairly thick bezels on the top and bottom.
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, has 8 or 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a big, dual-cell 5,000mAh battery with fast, 65W charging.
The cameras aren't the most important things on a gaming phone, but the Black Shark 3 Pro has a triple, 64/13/5-megapixel setup on the back and a 20-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
Inside, there are a few other features that should help with those intense gaming sessions, including liquid cooling and a special antenna layout which should prevent signal loss at key moments. And yes, it's the first Black Shark phone with a 5G chip.
SEE ALSO: Your next Android smartphone will probably have more RAM than your PCIf you're looking for something a little bit more tame, you can also get the regular Black Shark 3, which has a 6.67-inch, 1080p AMOLED display, and a slightly smaller 4,720mAh battery, while the other specs are pretty much the same. Both phones come with an unspecified version of Android.
The Black Shark 3 starts at 3,499 yuan ($502), while the Black Shark 3 Pro version starts at 4,699 yuan ($675). The standard version is up for pre-order in China today, while the pro variant goes up for pre-order in China on March 10. Both should be available globally soon.
