LONDON -- Poor old Iwan Rheon -- not only did his character lose the Battle of the Bastards and classic eroticismget killed off in an entertainingly horrific manner on Sunday, but apparently he also got punched in the face twice during filming.
SEE ALSO: The one 'Game of Thrones' death we really wanted had a high priceThe incident happened while Rheon and Kit Harington were shooting the scene in which Jon Snow tackles Ramsay to the ground in the Winterfell courtyard and begins belting him in the face.
"I actually did punch Iwan in the face twice by accident," said Harington. "Which he took really well. He was really nice about it.
"I had to buy him a pint after that one."
When you watch the scene back, it's not super surprising. Harington is really going for it.
Via GiphyRheon, who is clearly much nicer in real life than he is in Game of Thrones, seemed pretty chilled about the whole thing.
"That was good," he said. "Jaw hurt a bit the next day. But, you know, it's understandable."
